By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Use of Service
Wan30ai.com provides an AI-powered video generation service powered by Wan AI models. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Generated Content
You retain ownership of videos you generate using our service under paid credit plans. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and store your generated outputs for the purpose of delivering the service. You are responsible for ensuring your input content does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
You are responsible for the prompts, images, reference materials, and other content you submit, as well as the generated outputs you create, publish, or distribute. You may not use the service to upload, request, generate, publish, distribute, or promote content in any of the following categories:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, exploitative, or other NSFW or adult sexual content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Graphic violence, credible threats, harassment, content that encourages self-harm, or content that promotes criminal activity or physical harm.
- Content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, portrait, likeness, or other rights.
- Hate speech or discriminatory content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes exclusion of people or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, or any other content that endangers or is unsafe for children. We have zero tolerance for CSAM and child exploitation.
- Deepfakes, impersonation, or synthetic media that uses another person's face, likeness, identity, portrait, or voice without that person's valid consent, or that is intended to deceive others about a person's actions, statements, identity, or endorsement.
- Illegal activity or content, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, other deceptive or malicious practices, or attempts to evade, disable, or interfere with safety, security, or enforcement measures.
We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report suspected CSAM, child exploitation, credible threats, or other unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
User Reporting
If you discover generated content, prompts, accounts, or activity that may violate these Terms or our content standards, please report it to support@wan30ai.com. When available, include the content URL or generation task ID, the reason for your report, and any relevant context that may help us assess the issue.
We review reports in good faith and may remove content, restrict access or sharing, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action. Reports involving suspected CSAM, child exploitation, credible threats, or serious illegal activity may be prioritized and referred to the appropriate authorities.
Credits and Payment
All credit purchases are final except as described in our Refund Policy. Credits never expire but are non-transferable between accounts.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wan30ai.com, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
